This monthly workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your nervous system in a supportive, grounded space.

Life moves fast, and many of us are living in a constant state of activation—pushing through stress, holding tension, and disconnecting from our bodies just to get through the day. This class is designed to offer your system a pause. Not to fix anything, but to give your body the conditions it needs to reset and settle.

Each workshop we’ll explore gentle, nervous-system-informed practices including somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. The focus is on regulation, safety, and rest, meeting you exactly where you are and honoring your body’s pace. No prior experience is needed, and all practices are accessible and adaptable.

This space is especially supportive for those who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply craving a deeper sense of calm without numbing or pushing. You’re welcome to arrive early to journal or meditate and ease into the space before we begin.

You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or “good” at yoga. You just need a nervous system that’s ready for a little care.
